Journal of Mountain Research (pISSN:0974-3030, eISSN:2582- 5011) is an international peer reviewed and cross-referred journal published annually by the Society for Himalayan Action Research and Development (SHARAD), H.N.B Garhwal University (A Central University), B.G.R Campus Pauri, Garhwal, Uttarakhand since December, 2006 to 2020. It is published bi-annually (June and December) from 2021 onwards. It accepts original research contributions and review articles on every aspects of physical and natural sciences (Biotechnology, Botany, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Geography, Geology, Mathematics, Microbiology, Physics, Zoology, and any specific contribution on the mountain region). The Journal was in UGC List till May, 2018 (SN-3851, Journal Number-43054). Presently it in the list of UGC CARE (Group II) being indexed in Web of Science since 2020.
